It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of a dear and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather; Garland Pleman Kean age 80 years of Badger's Quay at Brookfield Hospital, Brookfield on February 14, 2013. Predeceased by his parents; Jesse and Violet Kean and sister; Mary Osmond. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife; Helen, son; Keith (Carol) of Gander, daughters; Diane (Gerald Kean) of Brookfield, Patricia (John Penton) of Brookfield, Janice (Scott Boland) of Valleyfield, brother; Maurice (Marion) of Pound Cove, 8 grandchildren; Chris Kean, Amanda Kean, Kelly Kean, Sheri Robbins, Nancy Kean, Patrick Kean, Tyra Boland and Adam Boland, 3 great grandchildren; Madelyn Robbins, MacKenzie Robbins, Ty Matthews and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 17 at 2 P.M. at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay. Interment will follow at St. Alban's Anglican Church Cemetery, Badger's Quay. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to The St. Alban's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Badger's Quay.
