It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Frances Loretta Hallett age 83 years of  Musgrave Harbour.

Frances was born to Kenneth and Mary Rowsell of Leading Tickles. She is predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Mary Rowsell, brother Sam, sister Elizabeth and daughter Mavis.

On July 31 ^st 1957, Frances married the love of her life, Harry Hallett and together they raised six children.

Frances was truly devoted to her family and each of them has their own special memories that will help get them through these difficult days.

Frances will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories:

Her husband Harry; Her children Cora (Doug), Jack (Doris), Baden (Connie), Michelle (Bill) and Aundrea

14 Grandchildren and 24 Great-Grandchildren

Her sister Theresa Rowsell & family and a large circle of nieces and nephews.

Frances also leaves to mourn a very large circle of other relatives and friends.

In keeping with COVID-19 recommendations and guidelines, visitation and funeral service will be by appointment  only.  To arrange a time please call 655-2221 or 422-3787

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 12 noon  to 4 P.M.  Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 10 A.M. - 12 noon

Funeral service will take place on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 2 P.M at The Salvation Army Citadel, Musgrave Harbour with Major William Kean officiating. Interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Musgrave Harbour.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to The Canadian Diabetes Association.
