It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, Evelyn Maud Winter age 89 years.

Evelyn is predeceased by Wilson, her husband of 51 years, parents Carrie and Hedley Spurrell and sister Shirley England (nee/Spurrell).

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughters; Lorna (Jeff Carter) of Badger's Quay, Lisa (Rodney Collins) of Cold Lake, Alberta, 3 grandchildren; Noah & Nikiata Carter, Olivia Collins, sisters; Bernice and Helen as well as a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

The family would like to extend a special heartfelt thank you to the staff of Bonnews Lodge for their outstanding care.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with visitation  on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 for

Immediate Family starting at 7 P.M. -  7:30 P.M., Extended Family at 7 :30 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Public Visitation on Thursday, October 23, 2025  at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. &  7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Funeral service will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. from St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay with Rev. Renee Easton officiating. Interment will follow at St. Alban's Anglican Cemetery, Badger's Quay.
