It is with great sadness that Melissa & Sarah announce the passing of their dearly beloved Mother on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Heath Centre, Brookfield, Ethel Blanche Hancott age 79 of Frederickton.

Ethel is predeceased by her parents, her husband, 3 sons & daughter.
She leaves to mourn Melissa Goodyear(Shawn) of Deadman's Bay, NL & Sarah Babychuk(Eugene) of Olds, AB, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren & 6 great great grandchildren, sister Maisie Hoddinott of Frederickton, a number of Nieces & Nephews, cousins & very close friends.

Ethel loved her family & split up her time between Alberta & home enjoying being with her family. At the time of her death she was living with Melissa. Ethel loved helping others & did so all her life. She had a smile for everyone & welcomed people into her home with open arms.

Melissa & I would like to extend a big Thank you to Viola Barnes(Ethel's Niece) & her 2 granddaughters Kathleen & April for being there until our Mother entered into eternal rest.

Ethel will always be remembered & forever in our hearts!

In keeping with Ethel's wishes no funeral service will be held. If anyone would like to make a donation to honour our Mother you can do so to a charity of your choice.
