It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Bonnews lodge, Badger's Quay on Thursday, May 3, 2018 Esther Jane Hall age 88 years of Newtown.

Predeceased by her parents Ethel and Timothy Abbott; brother Percy Abbott; and sister Olive Abbott. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Peter; sons Barry Hall of Lumsden and Peter Hall Jr. (Marina) of Newtown; daughters Elizabeth Hall (Paul) of Wareham and Patricia Sainsbury (Brian) of Newtown; brother Neville Abbott (Clara) of St. John's; grandchildren Steven Sainsbury (Carolyn), Jennifer Hall, Johnny Sainsbury (Lisa), Jeanna Hall, Megan Cooze (Shawn). Melanie Duffenais (Devon), Chelsea Hollett (Jeff), Kyle Hall and Jane Cooze; great-grandchildren Brayden, Phoenix, Xander and Weston; and a large circle of other family and friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service to take place at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 2 pm with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Church Cemetery, Newtown.
