It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, NL, Eric Stephen Burry age 92 years  of Greenspond, NL

Predeceased by his wife; Edith, parents; Kenneth and Lucy Burry, brothers; Malcolm Burry, Major Douglas Burry, Roland Burry, brother-in-law; Frederick Kelloway and sister-in-law; Sarah Burry.

Leaving to mourn with loving memories are daughter; Christine (Tony) of Greenspond, son; Lonz (Beverley) of Gander, grandchildren; Nicole (Craig Jerrett), Steven Carter (Crystal), Ashley Burry, Kelly Burry, Cassandra Holloway (Steven Burton), great- grandchildren; Cole Carter, Cade Carter, Chase Gover, Kai Burry, Anderson Burton, sisters; Louise Kelloway of Wesleyville, Ellen Fillier (Rene) of Gander , sisters-ln-law; Lorraine Burry of Ontario, Betty Burry of Gander and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 3 P.M. - 4 P.M. (Family Only) & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Public)

Friday, January 17, 2025 from 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.( Public).

Funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11 A.M. at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond, NL  with Major Betty Lou Pollett officiating. Interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery, Shambler's Cove, Greenspond, NL.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eric's memory to The Burry Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
