Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at his residence Eric "Wilfred" Burry age 68 years of Valleyfield.

Predeceased by his parents Eric and Mabel Burry; sister Patricia Loder; brother Clifford Burry and sister in-law Jeanette Burry.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sister Caroline Burry of Valleyfield; brothers Clayton Burry (Eva) of St. John's, George Burry (Sheila) of Goulds and John Burry (May) of George's Brook; brother in-law Boyd Loder of Carbonear; nieces and nephews Philip, Jonathan, Paul, Jennifer, Lisa, Jason, Tyson, Thurman, Melissa, Sherry, Trevor, Trina, Sonya, Amanda, Alison and their families; and a large circle of other relatives, co-workers of Beothic Fish and friends.

Following cremation, visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 2 - 4 p.m.(family only) & 7 - 9 p.m. (public).

Funeral service will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at  11 a.m. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers donations in Wilfred's memory may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
