Passed peacefully away at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay on Sunday, January 1, 2017, Elmore Winsor age 96 years of Wesleyville. Predeceased by his parents; Solomon and Emma Jane Winsor, wife; Violet Winsor, son; Wesley Winsor and granddaughter; Joann Winsor, brothers; Emanuel and Peter Winsor, sisters; Greta Edwards, Amelia Pearce, Elizabeth Crewe, Bessie Smith and Edith Sturge .Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are son; Walter (Gertie) of Freshwater, Placentia, sister; Gwendolyn Sturge of Wesleyville, grandchildren; Scott, Sheldon, Wesley, Walter Jr. Michelle, Tracey, Wanda and Tina, great grandchildren; Kaitlyn, Madison, Jonathon, Lucas, Rachael, Emma, Jacob, Justin, Ryan, Robyn, Randy, Jennifer and special niece , Beatrice Knee, special friend ; Cluney Sturge and a circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, January 4 at 11 A.M. at The Salivation Army Citadel, New-Wes-Valley with Captains Osbourne and Roxanne Randell officiating. Interment will follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Wesleyville. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in his memory to The Salvation Army Building Fund, Wesleyville.
