It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Center, Brookfield on Monday, November 7, 2022 Eleanor Sainsbury age 86 years of Newtown.

Predeceased by her parents Frank and Bertha Spurrell; husband Roy; son Glen; daughter-in-law Patricia; sister Rowena Howell; brother-in-law Esau Howell.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her son Brian of Newtown; grandchildren Steven (Carolyn) and Jonathan (Lisa); great-grandchildren Phoenix, Xander and Luna; nieces Christine, Joan and Heather; nephews Frank and Perry; and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 2 - 4 p.m. (Public) & 7 - 9 (family).

Funeral service will take place at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Newtown.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to The Sainsbury Family and a decision on monetary disbursements will be made later.
