It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Friday, February 15, 2019 at his residence in Greenspond, Edgar Burry age 77 years. Predeceased by his parents Catherine and Raymond Burry,  brother Terry Burry and brother-in-law George Burton. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Daphne, son Rick Burry (Gail) of Wesleyville, daughter Lisa Burry (Glenn) of Fort McMurray, grandchildren Brandon (Elizabeth), Jenna (Jeremy), Terence, Daniel (Stephanie) and Bradley, brothers Winston (Barbara) of Gander, Wayne ( Mary) of Greenspond, Leslie (Mary) of Gander,  Bruce (Judy) of Gambo, Randy (Susan) of Portugal Cove and Raymond (Wanda) of New Brunswick, sisters Edna Burton of Greenspond and Glenys Carter (Baxter) of Greenspond, brother-in-law Charlie Downer (Doreen) of Goulds, sister-in-law Donna Burry of St. John's and a large circle of other relatives and friends. As an expression of sympathy and in his memory, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to The Family and a decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.

Visitations;  Kittiwake Funeral Home/Pound Cove on Sunday 8pm - 9pm (Family) & on Monday 10am - 12noon (Public)

Visitations will then continue at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond on Monday 2pm - 4pm & 7pm - 9pm

Funeral service will take place at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 2 P.M. with Rev. David Cook officiating. Interment will follow at the Interfaith cemetery, Shambler's Cove.
