It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Lakeside Homes, Gander, Doris Hicks, age 85 years of Musgrave Harbour.

Pre-deceased by her parents Randolph and Olive Pinsent, husband Ellis, son Danny, brother Cecil Pinsent, and sisters-in-law Maisie Pinsent and Irene Pinsent.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her two sons Colin Hicks(Wavey) and Terry Hicks both of Musgrave Harbour, daughter Charlene Hodder(Roger) of Davidsville, brother Boyce Pinsent(Patsy) of Musgrave Harbour, sister Elizabeth Mouland(Wallace) of Musgrave Harbour, three grandchildren MIchael, Roger and Allie, two great-grandchildren Madison and Emma. Also, a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 2pm at the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgrave Harbour with Major Hedley Bungay officiating. Interment will follow at the Salvation Army cemetery, Musgrave Harbour. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and flowers are gratefully accepted.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Musgrave Harbour on
