With heavy hearts, we the family of Dorcas Cuff announce she has passed peacefully away. She was sung home to her final resting place surrounded in the presence of her loving family on October 10, 2024.

Predeceased by her husband Cyril Cuff; parents George and Ida Gray; sons Watson Cuff and Otto Cuff; daughter Virgina; grandson Glenn Cuff; brothers Otto (Barbara) Gray, Jabez (Susie) Gray, Jacob Gray, Caleb (Melina) Gray; sisters Nita (Colin) Toms, and Gertie Canning

Leaving to Mourn; Sons Carson (Danna), Clarence (Nancy), Melvin (Debbie), Ramsey (Nancy), daughters Eileen (Roy) Russell, June (Ed) Hanlon, Pam (the late Hilary) Hanlon, Angela (Melvin) King, Nola (Kirk) Bungay, Kimberley (Derrick) Sainsbury, daughters-in-law Linda (Gladstone) Cuff and Beatrice Cuff; sister-in-law Maude Gray; special nieces Mereta (Bob) Goodyear, Connie (Clayton) Wiseman, Jill (Stephen) Wiseman, Bonita (Steve) Toms; 24 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and close friend Millie Whalen.

She also leaves a large circle of extended family and friends. Mom's whole life was devoted to her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her absolute pride and joy. She will be forever remembered as someone who enjoyed gatherings with family and friends, berry picking, or a boil up at Mussel Shell's. She will be dearly missed but has left a lasting impact on us all.

A very special thank you to the nurses and staff at Dr. Y. K Jeon Health Care Centre, Brookfield, NL who provided wonderful care in her final days.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove,NL with visitation starting

on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 1 P.M. - 2 P.M. for (FAMILY ONLY) 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. (Public) & 7 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Public)

Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 11 A.M  (BY INVITATION ONLY) at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with Rev. Lorne Bungay and Rev. Roberta Vincent - Bungay officiating.

Inurnment will follow at a later date.

As an expression of  sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Dorcas' memory to The Cuff Family, they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
