It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, December 3, 2022 in his home at Badger's Quay, Wayne Janes age 57 years.

Predeceased by his parents; Robert and Shirley Janes and brother; Dwight Janes. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his brothers; Howard (Angela) of Toronto,Ontario, Johnny (Vicki) of Pool's Island, sisters; Patrina (Gerald Hawkins) of Newtown, Sue Ann  (Sid Hounsell) of Wareham, Tanya (Andy Firmage) of Wareham, step-father ;John Kean of Badger's Quay , sister-in-law; Neta Hunt of Wareham, a large circle of  nephews, nieces and many friends.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 6 P.M. - 9 P.M. (Public) and  Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11 A.M. - 12 P.M. (Public)

Funeral service will  take place on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 2 P.M. at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating and Rev. Lorne and Roberta (Vincent) Bungay assisting. Interment will follow at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Pool's Island.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Wayne's memory to The Janes Family and  they will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
