It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Daniel Hunt age 80 years of Centreville.

Predeceased by his parents; Edgar and Virtue Hunt, brothers; Jake (Pearl), Joseph (Marie) and Edgar John, brother-in-law; Arthur Firmage and sisters; Hettie (Paul) Rogers and Marjorie (Clarence) Brown. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving wife; Victoria, daughter; Gloria (Roger) Matthews, sons; Gary (Monica), Rodney (Marilyn) and Michael (Sharon), brothers; Ambrosse (Myrtle), Cecil (Phylis), Clyde (Lorainne) and Guy (Daphne), sisters; Margaret Firmage and Ruby (Cyril) Hunt, sister-in-law; Gladys Hunt,grandchildren; Natasha (Steven), Christopher (Kim), Alex (Tanisha), Nicholas (Danika), Daniel, Matthew, Miranda (Kyle), Ricky (Nicole), Cody (Jamie-Lee), Kaitlin (Scott), Kelsey (Christopher) and Michaela, great grandchildren; Alexis, Liberty, Arizona, Chase, Kamdyn, Kaiden, Kylie, Jaxxon, Parker, Eliot, Jayden and Olivia and also a very large circle of family and friends.

In keeping with Covid-19 recommendations and guidelines, visitation and funeral service will be by invitation only.

Visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Tuesday, July 20 from 10am to 4pm.

Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 2 P.M. at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Centreville with Rev. Daphne Parsons officiating. Interment will follow at St. Barnabas Anglican Church Cemetery, Centreville.

As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Hunt Family and a decision on monetary disbursements will be made at a later date.
