It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at Brookfield Hospital, Brookfield on Friday, August 21, 2015 Clifton Blackwood age 79 years of Greenspond.

Predeceased by his parents John & Ann Blackwood; sisters Myra, Carrie & Myrtle; brothers Stanley & George. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his brothers James Blackwood (Pearl) of Glovertown and Maxwell Blackwood (Suzanne) of Upper Gullies; sisters Louise Jerrett of Greenspond, Myra Stratton (Walter) of Mount Pearl and Ada Hawkins (George) of Glovertown as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews & friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home from where the funeral service will take place on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Interment will follow at the Interfaith cemetery, Shambler`s Cove, Greenspond. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one`s choice.
