It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Dr. Y.K. Jeon  Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Clayton William Parsons age 90 years of Newtown.

Predeceased by his parents; John and Rita Parsons, wife; Bessie, infant daughter; Rita Doris, brothers; Clyde and Gordon, sisters; Louise Gill and Dorothy Tucker. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories sons; Clyde (Shirley) of Springdale, Clayton Jr. (Darlene) of Sudbury, ON, daughters; Susie (Wesley French) of Midland, ON , Ruth (Gordon Marshfield ) of Greenspond, Sharon (Robert Morgan) of Paradise, Christine (Randell Goodyear) of Lumsden, Valerie (Paul Burry) of Greenspond, Kimberly Mroue of Newtown, Bonnie (Bruce Bragg) of Fall River, NS, 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great- great- grandson,  brother; John (Sandra) of Bobcaygen, ON, sisters; Marilyn (Al Johnson) of Markham, ON, Shirley Dowding of Mount Pearl, Mildred MacDonald of NS and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will take place at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Rev. David Cook officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Church Cemetery, Newtown.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown or to a charity of one's choice.
