It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loved one on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, Catherine Denise Maidment age 54 years of Badger's Quay, NL.

Predeceased by her father Edmund Maidment; grandparents Emily and Moses Maidment, Peter and Winnie Winsor; dear friend Andy Stratton.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her mother Josie Winsor (Garfield Burry) of Greenspond; brother Lewis of Badger's Quay; daughter Katie Maidment (Jordan Burton) of Valleyfield; grandchildren, her pride and joy, Ryder, Arianna and Ethan; friend John Phippard of GrandFalls - Windsor; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

She will be dearly missed but forever will remain in our hearts.

Visitation will take place on Monday, September 30, 2024 from 2 - 4 p.m (Public).

Funeral service will be held after cremation at Memorial United Church, Valleyfield on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 2 p.m. with Rev. George Kean officiating.
