It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Monday, January 13, 2020 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, Carol Janice Stokes age 58 years of Lumsden. Predeceased by parents; Jacob and Vera Winsor, daughter; Corina Cavel Stokes, brother; Don Winsor, sister; Peggy Sheppard, father and mother in-law; Eric and Ida Stokes, brothers-in-law; Bill Jones, Bill Barbour, sister-in-law; Elizabeth Winsor and niece; Clair Melindy. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband; Jeffrey, son; Cory Winsor, sisters; Myrtle Jones of Brookfield, Shirley Barbour (Pete) of St. John's, Patsy Barbour of Lumsden, Joan Kean (Gerald) of Wesleyville, brother; Gerald Winsor of Gander, sisters in-law; Janice Melindy (Carson) of Lumsden, Jeannette Gibbons (Paul) of Lumsden, Jeanie Stokes of Lumsden, Ruth Winsor of Corner Brook, brother-in-law; Gerald Sheppard of Badger's Quay, a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, January 16 at 11 A.M. at Jubilee United Church, Wesleyville with Rev. Lorne Bungay officiating assisted by Rev. Daka. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Carol's memory may be made to The Stokes Family, who will decide at a later date on monetary disbursements.
