Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on Sunday, December 21, 2014, Bessie Loretta Parsons age 84 years of Newtown. Predeceased by her parents, Marshall and Annie Cutler , sisters; Sybil (Lewis Fifield), Susie (Argel Hays), infant daughter; Rita Doris. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are, her husband; Clayton, sons, Clyde (Shirley) of Springdale, Clayton Jr. (Darlene) of Azilda, Ont, daughters; Susie (Wesley French) of Tiny, Ont, Ruth (Gordon Marshfield) of Greenspond, Sharon (Robert Morgan) of Paradise, Christine (Randell Goodyear) of Lumsden, Valerie (Paul Burry) of Greenspond, Kimberly Mroue of Newtown, Bonnie (Bruce Bragg) of Fall River, NS, sister; Trixie (Stanley Brown) of Trinity, 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at 11 A.M. at St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment will follow at St. Luke's Anglican Church Cemetery, Newtown. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to The Parkinson's Society or St. Luke's Anglican Church, Newtown. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove / Musgrave Harbour.
