It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay, NL, Bernice Jane Andrews age 92 years of Lumsden, NL.

Predeceased by her parents; Ernest and Bessie Penney, husband; Baxter Andrews, daughter; Betty (Howell), brothers & sisters-in-law; Robert (Lillian), Walter (Grace), James (Hazel), Neil (Alma), sisters & brothers-in-law; Vivian (Cecil) & Hazel (Gorden).

Leaving to mourn with loving memories are son; Paul (Gina) of Gander, Daughter; Debbie (Barry) of Lumsden, son-in-law; Cyril Howell of Wareham, grandchildren; Mitchell (Brittany), Joshua (Jenna), Allison Andrews & Claire Andrews, great-grandchildren; Kai Goodyear, Jake Goodyear, Blayke Goodyear, special niece; Bernice Best & also a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place.

Funeral service will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Lorne Bungay and Rev. Roberta Vincent-Bungay officiating. Inurnment will follow at  the United Church Cemetery, Cape Freels, NL.
