It is with deep sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Bernadette Mary King (Kenney) of Wesleyville, formerly of Conche on July 25, 2026 aged 85 years at the Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL
Leaving to mourn her passing are brothers Harold, Wilfred (Dianne), sisters Mary, (John) deceased, Angela (Mauro). She was much loved by her nieces and nephews - when visiting she would always leave a little surprise on the mantle for them to find after she left. They always looked forward to that. Bernadette was always ready to share cooked dinners to anyone who dropped by, there was always enough for one more. Her kind loving ways will always be remembered.
As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers donations in Bernadette's memory may be made to the family. A decision on monetary disbursements will be made later.
