Passed peacefully away at Bonnews lodge, Badger's Quay on Saturday, January 3, 2015 Ammon Green age 92 years of Pound Cove. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mary Green; step-mother Maisie Green; wife Adelphia; sister Jane Fifield; brothers-in-law Winston Blackmore, Wilfred Kean and Jim Fifield. Left with fond and loving memories are his daughter Gloria Smith(Robert) of St. John's; sons Clifford(Jeannine) of Pound Cove, Baxter(Florence) of Newtown, Lorne(Janet) of St. John's, Gerald(Betty) of Gander, Cyril(Shelly) of Pound Cove, Perry(Tammy) of Gander and Dean of Wesleyville; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother Kevin Green(Evelyn) of Templeman; sisters Amelia Blackmore of Newtown, Isabel Carter(Cyril) of Florenceville, NB. and Pearl Kean of Bonnews Lodge, Badger's Quay; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service to take place at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Pound Cove on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery, Pound Cove. As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church, Pound Cove.
