Passed away October 26, 2014 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, Allison Kean in her 72nd year. Predeceased by her parents Edward & Frances Kean; sisters Nellie Kean, Lorraine Daly, Margaret Selkirk, Mary Howse and nephew Perry Howse. Leaving to mourn brothers Jim and Bruce (Nadia) of Ontario; sisters Louise Kean of (Bonnews Lodge), Badger's Quay and Yvonne Kean, Verna White of Mount Pearl; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will take place at St. Stephen's Anglican Greenspond on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 2 pm. with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Greenspond. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Greenspond or to the SPCA.
