It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one at the Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield on Friday, September 9, 2016 Alfreda Tuff Cooze (nee Howell) age 83 years of Templeman. Predeceased by her husband Ralph, sisters: Margaret (Jabez), Clara (Thomas) and Elizabeth, brothers: Obediah, Charles (Clara) and Augustus. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter Genevieve King (Melvin) of Templeman, granddaughters: Tracy (Gerald) of Gander and Tanya (Gerald) of St. John's, great-grandchildren: Matthew, Emily and Emma, sister-in-law Emma Howell of Templeman, several nieces, nephews and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service to take place at St. Mark's United Church, Templeman on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Interment to follow at The United Church Cemetery, Templeman.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Alfreda's memory may be made to St. Mark's United Church Cemetery Fund, Templeman or the Dialysis Unit at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander.
