It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Dr. Y. K. Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield, NL, Joseph "Joe" Sheppard age 72 years of Pool's Island, NL.

Predeceased by his parents Darius and Helen Sheppard; sister Lillian Clarke; baby brother Clarence.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Laura; sons Leonard (Michelle) of Pool's Island, Blaine (Paula) of C.B.S. and Corey (Nadine) of St. John's; grandchildren Morgan, Matthew, Madison and Jacob; brothers Edwin (Martha) of Pool's Island, Clayton (Betty) of Pool's Island, Raymond (Norma) of C.B.S. and Clarence (Mildred) of Pool's Island; and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Public Visitation on Tuesday, June 6, 2023  at 2 P.M. - 4 P.M. and 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

Wednesday, June 7, 2023   10 A.M. - 12 P.M.

Funeral service will take place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Badger's Quay, NL on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Renee Easton officiating.

Inurnment will take place at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Joe's Memory to The Sheppard Family.
