It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear loved one on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Dr. Y.K.Jeon Kittiwake Health Centre, Brookfield; Albert Kean age 87 years of Pound Cove.

Predeceased by his parents; Noah and Elizabeth Kean, brothers;Claude,Walter and Benjamin, sisters; Mary, Mabel, Annie, Sophie and Florence, great grandson; Baby Marcus Hall. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife; Pearl Maggie Kean, sons; George (Maxine) of Labrador City, Paul (Alva) of Lumsden, daughters; Marjorie (Bob Gray) of CBS, Elizabeth (Fred Baxstrome) of Fort Edward, New York, sister; Carrie Hounsell of Otterbury Manor, Wesleyville, grandchildren; Sheldon, Lisa, George Jr. Gina, Ryan, Bradly, Kailey, great grandchildren; Zachary, Laura, Caleb, Nolan, Drew, Norah, Jonah and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.

Resting at Kittiwake Funeral Home, Pound Cove. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 2 P.M. at St. Mary's Anglican Church, Pound Cove with Rev. Cindy Graham officiating. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Anglican Church Cemetery, Pound Cove. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Albert's memory to St. Mary's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Pound Cove.
